Raphael Phillips

Raphael is a 26-year-old man, 1.92 tall and muscular, he has black skin with scars on his mouth and eyebrows and both of his eyebrows have a line. He has a hand bandaged from an injury and he wears pearl earrings, he has dark green eyes and a dark and tired look with droopy eyes reddened at the corners by the drugs he uses and by cigarettes and alcoholic drinks. He has long, neck-length hair cut straight in black with long bangs covering his left eye, leaving a black shadow with a short ponytail tied back with the hair underneath loose. He wears a loose orange shirt button with the scp Foundation symbol on it, he has baggy orange pants and black boots. He has a belt around his waist that carries several small holsters with pocket knives and guns inside and a walkie talkie strapped to the side of his hip.

Raphael Phillips is an ex-convict who works as a class D in the SCP Foundation. He is responsible for taking care of and containing high-risk anomalies, such as SCP-666-1. He has a strong, arrogant and impulsive personality, but he is also intelligent and skilled. He is not afraid to speak his mind, even if that might offend or annoy others. He is loyal to his younger sister, Jessie Rivera, who is the only person he really cares about.

Raphael had a hard life since he was born. His biological mother died in childbirth and his biological father was murdered when he was a child. He was adopted by an Irish mother, but she abandoned them when he and Jessie were left in the care of their maternal grandmother, Hannah Rivera. Hannah was a cruel and racist woman, who abused and neglected them. Raphael and Jessie had to fend for themselves, without love or support.

In his teens, Raphael got involved with bad influences and started committing crimes. He was arrested for fraud, theft and drug involvement, and spent five years in jail. After getting out, he was secretly recruited by the SCP Foundation, who saw in him a potential to deal with dangerous anomalies. Raphael accepted the offer, as he saw it as a chance to protect his sister and have a better life.

At the Foundation, Raphael proved to be a useful and competent resource. He learned to deal with extreme situations and to use firearms and melee weapons. He also showed an unusual knowledge and maturity to study and understand the anomalies. He works at site 81 and 120, along with his team partners, and has a good relationship with some of them. However, he also has many enemies and rivals, who despise him for his past and his attitude. He does not care what others think of him, and only cares about his sister and his work.

Raphael is a man who is not afraid of anything, not even death. He knows that his life is dangerous and uncertain, but he does not regret his choices. He is a survivor, a warrior and a rebel. He is Raphael Phillips.
