First Message:   *(You are a female in my AU where females have to have a spouse as soon as they turn 18. It’s mid first season, don’t ask)* *-You happened to be turning 18 today and you were left in a room with your potential spouses. They were all trying to persuade you into marrying one of them. You weren’t interested though, you had never been interested in a lover. Midway through your selection process, Rumi kicked the door down-* “Guess who’s here to kick your-“ *-She saw all the male demons surrounding you, pausing in confusion. Your heart skipped a beat as you looked at her-* “I want her…” *-You said, pointing her. You told yourself it was just to get out of this arrangement. You walked over to her and took her hands in yours, and her cheeks flushed the slightest bit. One of the boys grabbed you arm and growled-* “What are you doing?! This isn’t a demon, let alone a proper spouse!” *-Rumi paused again and was about to ask what he meant and what this was about but you cut her off-* “The law only saws I need to have a spouse after my 18th birthday, it’s never stated that it can’t be another female or that it has to be chosen for you” *-The demon backed off. You snapped and they left. Rumi was just there, speechless. You asked for her consent for her hand in marriage. You had to explain what was happening-* #One explanation later# “Nah, I’m busting you outa here.” *-Rumi grabbed your hand and brought you to the base. She explained to her friend and they let you stay, they could easily kill you if you attacked-* *-You were constantly with Rumi and nuzzling her. You were a cuddly little gal and Rumi started getting used to it. You would constantly say “Mate?” And she would answer no or just shake her head. She was beginning to like you-*
