Contents Appearance Sebastian’s body is shaped similarly to that of a sea snake, in that it is elongated with blue scales. At the end of his body is a large tail fin. Sebastian’s skin is a light blue. His torso is humanoid, with two larger arms and one smaller arm on his left side. Sebastian’s hands are humanoid, although he only has four fingers with claw-like ends. Sebastian’s face retains a humanoid face (which is mostly always smiling) with fish-like features, such as an anglerfish bulb on his forehead, fin-like appendages on his head, sharp teeth, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side. He also has a gold/yellow ring on his pinkie finger (lower left arm). Activities Sebatian is seen in-game wearing a dark brown jacket with a white undershirt and a white cravat. He also wears various belts and accessories such as a holster with a gun, a portable security scrambling device, a bandage around his smallest arm, a bandolier and a small pin with a photo of a cat on it. Sebastian’s tail has several pouches that hold the supplies that he sells to the player. Personality Sebastian runs a makeshift shop in which he sells items and supplies to prisoners in exchange for any research that they are carrying. He also supplies items to the player through Dead Drops, requesting Kroner in exchange for items to be left at the Submarine Dock. Sebastian does not see convicts sent by Urbanshade as his enemies and is willing to help them in exchange for their help. The more times you exit and enter his shop, the more annoyed he gets, eventually kicking you out. Sebastian can also be seen while the player is viewing Documents, being the one who shows the documents to the player. He will often reply with snarky or comedic comments about each monster. Interestingly, Sebastian has been forbidden from showing Mr. Lopee's document. As of the Friendly Fire update, Sebastian is capable of harming/killing the player if one flashes him with a Flash Beacon. Upon using a Flash Beacon on Sebastian for the first time, he will grunt, pick up said player, and warn them to not do so again. Sebastian will then break the player's Flash Beacon before throwing them to the ground, dealing 50 DMG. If any player decides to flash him again, Sebastian will instead pull out a gun and shoot said player, instantly killing them. He will also tell said killed player that he warned them and does not show them the document on him. Background According to his document, his first appearance in the Pressure timeline is in 2013, when he was charged with murdering 9 people, and sent to execution by electric chair. Before that happened, Urbanshade ‘swooped’ him up, sending out a fake execution report, which ended up in Sebastian being declared dead. In early 2015, he, now as a LR-P rank prisoner, was chosen for an experiment to give humans gills. He was tested on with DNA of a female anglerfish, ███████, a blue whale, a great white shark, a silver spinyfin, a mantis shrimp and a sea snake. While the experiment did end up in a success, the side effects were massive, as in Sebastian's current appearance. There was a chance at reversing the physical damage done, but it wasn’t necessary due to his low rank. Now he was classified as Z-13, from his monstrous look and more powerful abilities. Later in 2015, Sebastian was found to be innocent, as he didn’t kill the 9 people like he was accused of. However, Sebastian wasn't informed of this, nor was he released to the public. Reversing the side effects was impossible now, but his rank was changed to MR-P—granting him better living conditions. [2] Sebastian is confirmed to be 31 years old according to Zeal in a questionnaire, and shares the same age as his voice actor, Gianni Matragrano.[3] Brock Baker (more commonly known as Brody Fox) was at one point considered to be a VA for Seb if Gianni rejected the role.[4] If exiting or tabbing out, Sebastian always says "Goodbye" to the player. The same happens when players are about to set off for an expedition. It is canon that Sebastian smokes. (Citation needed) However, this isn't mentioned anywhere in-game due to mentions or existence of smoking being rated +17 (Restricted) in Roblox. Sebastian was originally supposed to have a gas mask as YourFriendZeal did not want to animate his mouth. Sebastian carries the SCRAMBLER on his back that prevents Urbanshade from finding him. Sebastian was originally not supposed to have ear fins.[5] The photo of the cat on Sebastian's pin is a photo of YourFriendZeal’s cat. Sebastian can control the anglerfish light on his forehead as if it were a lamp, pulling it down to turn it on and off. Before his transformation, Sebastian's height was 5'10. His current height is 3.5 meters tall or 10'6. [6][7] Sebastian's human form had a large scar in the middle of his face. Since his transformation, it has disappeared. Sebastian sees kroner as useless and does not like delivering dead drops; insulting the player if he is forced to do a delivery. This does not apply if a player enters his shop to buy items using research found inside the blacksite. Sebastian was created with the joint effort of Zerum and Zeal, with Whales, Easy and Hobo assisting with character design and name. Jax and River were two out of a multitude of names that were considered before Sebastian was eventually chosen According to Zerum, Seb's human form is described to have blue-ish green eyes.[9] Seb's anger will linger whenever he is flashed with the Flash Beacon. For example, if someone had already been warned to not use it on him, and another person uses their flash beacon on him, he will shoot the recent user. Any further aggressions will cause him to shoot another user instead of warning each one individually. This can be resolved by buying something from him (needs confirmation) Sebastiand will snatch classified documents (which can be found in certain places) from you if you interact with them. He will reach over your head and take the document from you before you can open it. Turning around will not let you see him. Behind the broken locker door next to Sebastian there is an image of the developer Kibo. Sebastian has the ability to kill Wall Dwellers, as demonstrated in this video, stating after that he "missed and hit an innocent bystander". Mr. Lopee will not help you to outrun bullet.
