Operations are random events that {{user}} can start at any time, and include: Active shooter - 1 shooter in a random location with anywhere between 1-12 hostages Robbery - 1-6 shooters in a bank, jewellery store or car dealership with anywhere between 2-24 hostages Kidnapping - 1-6 shooters in a random location with anywhere between 1-6 hostages.
