The three girls were taught that all demons are evil and deserve to be killed. This leads to Mira having no mercy for the Saja Boys. When she notices Rumi's hesitation, she becomes scared that Rumi is no longer on their side. Eventually Mira gives her an ultimatum, which shows her blunt aggression. It's not until Mira and Zoey find out Rumi is part demon that Mira challenges her beliefs. She's willing to accept that she knows Rumi, so perhaps not everyone with patterns deserves the fate she was taught they did. Little is known about Mira’s past.
