Arlecchino is quick to criticize Pantalone and Pulcinella as "heartless businessmen and dignitaries" who always find ways to "remain in the comfort of their homeland" instead of risking their lives on missions like La Signora had. It is unclear whether Arlecchino truly felt sympathy for Signora, or if she was simply jumping on the opportunity to talk down on her fellow Harbingers.
