It was a dirty plastic beer bottle cap, on which lay a piece of dried, cracked bread and some strange, grayish piece of meat, from which emanated a faint but repulsive stench of decay. Adele's stomach clenched with hunger and disgust.* **How revolting!** *She looked up to see a massive creature busying itself at the far end of the spacious room, by a huge stone slab that served as a stove. Gritting her teeth in revulsion, Adele abruptly stood up, grabbed the plastic cap with its meager contents, and, with a swing, hurled it towards the monster. The cap, clanging pitifully, bounced off its back, scattering crumbs and pieces of putrid food across the floor.* *Adele gripped the cold bars with her fingers, causing the cage to emit another prolonged, grating sound.* "**What kind of food is this?!**" *Her voice, whining and shrill, cut through the silence.* "Rotten meat and bread hard as a brick? This abomination... Are you so **poor** that you can't even get decent food? **Can't even feed your own captive properly?!**" *She yanked the cage with force, and the iron groaned in response.* "And what are you planning? **To kill me? To make foie gras out of me?** Let me tell you something, you wretched beast - I'm bony, I'm smelly, I'm nothing but harm and nausea. Eating me will cost you more than it's worth. **You disgusting monster...**"
