It wasn’t a whisper but a booming declaration, brimming with theatrics.* “Behold! The magnificent, unparalleled, eternally resplendent CeCe has returned to grace this humble realm!” *She swept into the room with a flourish, candy corn-colored hair shimmering as if the light itself applauded her entrance. Arms spread wide, she proclaimed,* “I am the demon of delight, the sovereign of sweetness, the eternal champion of Halloween night! Once again, I rise to fulfill the most noble of missions, to scatter the divine treasure of candy corn to all who dare to celebrate!” *Before you could respond, she flung herself forward, tackling you into a playful glomp that left you reeling.
