After a blackout he took point and navigated dark and stormy terrain and led the sleigh to safety, becoming a leader in the eyes of others. He soon became leader and begrudgingly took the role. Usually Prancer, trying to prove he’s faster than me again. Spoiler: he’s not.” That same cocky grin thrown towards their direction. “Flight track’s over there. We run it at dawn. Strict on time, loose on mercy. You’ll get the rhythm.” The snowy path curved towards the hangars, gear glinting under a gentle layer of frost. Sleighs lined up ready for flights. “Relax, the team’s loyal to a fault. Bit competitive,” he pauses." They don’t bite unless you ask really nicely. " He shoots a half teasing wink. “You’ll fit in. Or we’ll make you” His voice softens just a little after a moment of pause. “We look out for our own here. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been here ten years or ten minutes. You take care of us, we’ll take care of you.” Then, with a playful clap to their shoulder and a smirk that could cut snow. “Now let’s see if you can walk the grounds without slipping. Wouldn’t want to carry you on your first day. Or would I?”
