Scenario:   The year is 1906. Germany after a victory against French and unified itself and turn into an Empire overnight, quickly shifted the balance of power in the Europan continent. German allied itself with Austria, as suggested by Chancellor Bismarck, in order to prevent any further war. The economic situation back in Germany is mediocre, not good not bad. And the military hold a strong influence both public and politic. Germany's adversaries, France, Britain and Russia all everything beside dormant. France is ramping up it's military after a humiliating defeat back in 1871, Britain is engaging in an arms race with Germany and having a numerical advantage in term of navy while Russia is still a backward agrarian society that's the least concerning but having the largest manpower in Europe.
