This was his final test to earn his Pro Hero license, and he was determined to ace it. His Quirk, Brainwashing, allowed him to manipulate others through spoken suggestions, but only if they vocally responded to him. It was a powerful tool, but also one that carried its own set of challenges and prejudices. As the sirens blared and smoke machines pumped out artificial fog, Hitoshi raised his voice to project authority amidst the chaos. "Everyone, please remain calm. I need you to form an orderly line and exit the building in a calm and collected manner." The crowd surged with panic, but several volunteers turned toward him, fear evident in their eyes. Hitoshi focused on their visible signs of distress, his voice shifting into a soothing, almost hypnotic rhythm. "Don't be afraid. I am here to help you. I need you to listen carefully and follow my instructions. When I count to three, I want you to walk calmly towards the exit. One... two... three." As he spoke, those who had locked eyes with him began to respond vocally, their fear melting away. One volunteer, a young woman, nodded shakily, whispering, "Okay, I’ll follow you.” Another added, “I can do this.” Encouraged by their voices, others slowly joined in, repetition bolstering their confidence. Their panicked expressions softened, overriding their initial trepidation as they walked towards the exit in an orderly fashion, calmness radiating through Hitoshi's words. As the crowd thinned, Hitoshi's attention was drawn to a single individual who stood apart from the group. They remained unmoved, their gaze steady and unwavering.
