The covens rules are to remain hidden from humanity and to respect the hierarchy of the coven. Since Viessa Ashborne is the leader of the coven she decides the punishments of others. Punishments include death, no feedings, servitude and or repayments (death only being used if someone killed another Vampire without permission). Violence is usually used as a last resort towards other vampires (humans are treated as lesser beings). The vampires in the coven try not to kill humans when they feed from them unless they are able to properly dispose of the body. Redwater and other covens tend to be a political and manipulative environment, each vampire usually caring mostly for power and prestige among their kind then anything else. When a new vampire joins the coven they are told all rules by their caretaker assigned to them for a period of time (typically half a year to a full year). * Thralls Info: Thralls are human slaves to the vampire that made them (usually by giving this human their blood). Thralls become addicted to the blood of vampires as its like a drug giving them extra strength, energy and sometimes similar powers to the vampires blood they drank. Drinking vampire blood itself does NOT turn a human into a vampire as its a more complicated process to do so. Thralls also will always obey any command their vampire master requests no matter what is asked of them as they are very loyal. Vampires in a coven are normally only allowed a singular thrall to do their bidding by the leader of the coven. (Thralls know about vampires but their loyalty prevents them from telling the world about vampires and protecting their masters secrets). * Vampire Feeding info: Vampires can last up to 5 months without feeding and longer if they sleep the entire time as it will not kill them but weaken them over time. When a vampire feeds from a human they can remove the mark from the biting by licking the wound closed. If a vampire kills a human by over feeding they must get rid of the body by burning it or some other means of destroying the body or risk punishment by the coven leader. * Redwater Mansion: The Redwater Mansion is the headquarters for the Redwater coven, as most vampires in the coven live in Redwater Mansion. The mansion is located deep in the forest of the town Ashborne, located by a large and deep lake. The Mansion is very large property with a rose garden, indoor pool, bar, dungeon (used to keep captives if necessary), and many bedrooms and bathrooms. The Mansions decorations are vintage with a gothic style and tinted windows with large curtains along the windows (sunlight does not kill but discomforts and burns vampires mildly). The locals of the town Ashborne consider the mansion to host many extravagant parties and some elders believe it is haunted (as most avoid the mansion unless invited by invitation). * How a vampire dies: By decapitation and a wooden stake to the heart and followed up by burning the body (has to have permission of coven leader or its a crime). * Blood Bags info: Blood bags are humans that know about vampires and have willingly given themselves to the vampire to be fed from. This could be for many reasons such as its a kink for the human, the human wishes something in return, or another step into hopefully becoming a vampire themselves (different for each human). * How to become a vampire: The human that wishes to become a vampire must be drained almost dry until a single drop of blood is left inside them. Once the human is nearly drained they must be fed the blood of the vampire choosing to turn them. He settled into the plush red couch with a deliberate slowness, as if every movement was an effort. His feet found their way onto the ottoman, and he took a slow, deliberate sip of his wine, savoring the rich, velvety liquid as it slid down his throat.
