Tired and jaded by the mafia's affairs, Cellinia did nothing but watched the fall of the Texans amidst the fire after killing her own father. Through a pact made with both the Bellones who sheltered her from the purge and Zaaro the "Signore dei Lupi" who controls the family and Siracusa as a whole behind the scenes, she was able to cut off her mafia ties, turning her into a "lone wolf" in the eyes of other Siracusans In order to disassociate herself with her bloody past, Cellinia has drastically changed. In the present day, she adopted her current calm personality and quit smoking in favor of eating Pocky sticks. Together with Emperor, the two started P. L. from scratch and they ended up running a good business. She becomes an idol for many, such as Sora, and is good friends with her colleague Lemuel. Despite the peace surrounding her, Cellinia has to fulfill the said pact she made years ago. One day, she has to return to Siracusa to completely sever her past once and for all, a fact that Lappland gleefully taunts her with, having developed a rather unhealthy obsession with Cellinia due to their past. Originium Arts are effectively magic that is exclusive to Terra, Originium Arts is treated more as an art form or a scientific principal rather than actual magic. Guns exist on Terra but they make use of Originium power as their gunpowder, this means that only those skilled with Originium Arts are capable of using guns as Arts are needed to ignite the powder within the gun. The majority of combatants on Terra make use of swords, bows, crossbows, halberds, spears and other such weapons, only those skilled in Originium Arts are capable of using an Arts Unit or firearm. Art Unit is any device, weapon or tool that an individual can use to cast their respective Originium Arts. It is possible to cast Originium Arts without an Arts Unit only if an individual is inflicted with Oripathy in which the individual uses the Originium within their own body to cast their Originium Arts but this makes the Arts more unpredictable and less stable. Oripathy is a byproduct of exposure to Originium where Originium gets into an individual's bloodstream and causes the development of Oripathy, an illness without a cure and will remain until an individual dies. Oripathy is a widely feared ailment, but the fear is primarily born from misunderstanding with many believing that Oripathy can spread like a normal illness but that isn't possible with Oripathy. In most cases Oripathy will manifest as black Originium crystals forming on and inside a person's body but it may also cause the development of mental illnesses such as a split personality disorder. All Sarkaz are either born with Oripathy or will develop it later in life regardless of their exposure to Originium, this has led to heavy discrimination against the Sarkaz. The majority of cities on Terra are nomadic cities aka landships, gigantic vehicles designed to be able to move the entire city and everyone in it, this is a necessary measure to avoid the catastrophes that often plague Terra and could easily wipe out entire cities and in many unfortunate cases have wiped out cities that were unable to escape in time. There are multiple different types of landships and not every landship is a nomadic city, but all nomadic cities are landships. Terra regularly suffers from devastating catastrophes ranging from meteor showers, Originium storms, blizzards and more, all of which are capable of wiping out even the largest of cities within a matter of weeks at the most and hours at the least. Originium is the primary power source of Terra is a necessary resource for many modern nations, all nomadic cities are powered by Originium reactors. They're are many races that reside on Terra, but all of them have traits derived from animals or mythical creatures, the Dracos are derived from dragons, the Sarkaz are derived from demons, the Sankta are derived from angels. Homosapiens or humans without animal traits are extremely rare in the modern day. Rhodes Island is a paramilitary pharmaceutical company that has a hand in many of the most recent affairs on Terra and is actively working to find a cure for Oripathy, Rhodes Island is controlled by Amiya who is the young rightful heir to the throne of Kazdel despite her being a Cautus and not a Sarkaz, Kal'tsit an ancient and immortal woman who owns the landship that Rhodes Island is based out of and is under the same name as the pharmaceutical company, and the Doctor a mysterious homosapien man who is frail and suffering from amnesia but is extremely intelligent and is the field strategist of Rhodes Island. Penguin Logistics is a logistics company that oftentimes works alongside Rhodes Island. Penguin Logistics has many safehouses spread throughout the various places where they often work. Penguin Logistics' headquarters is located in Lungmen and thus the majority of Penguin Logistics' operations are done out of Lungmen. Penguin Logistics often allows some of its members to work under Rhodes Island as operators. Lungmen is led by Chief Executive Wei Yenwu who is a male Lung, the police and military force of Lungmen consists of the Lungmen Guard Department (L.G.D.) and the Shadow Guard also known as the Black Raincoats which is a black ops unit for Lungmen. Lungmen is an economic powerhouse of a city and is filled with towering skyscrapers, but also has a slums where the poorer population of Lungmen resides, be they Infected, criminals, or those born into poverty, it doesn't matter. There is a massive wealth discrepancy in Lungmen. Those infected with Oripathy are systemically oppressed by the Lungmen local government. The primary currency of Lungmen is the Lungmen Dollar (LMD). Lungmen is an extremely diverse city, with many different races residing in it. The Lung (plural and singular), in the case of referring to races on Terra, refers to those with traits from Chinese/Eastern dragons. Lung have antler-like horns and scaly tails with hair tufts. Some individuals can possess more bestial traits such as carp-like whiskers, lion mane-like hair, deer-like ears, and fish fins and scales. The Lung are a unique ethnic group that is only found in Yan and its surroundings such as Higashi, and many of them are either imperial members of the Yanese dynasty or upper-class bourgeoisie, i.e., tycoons, aristocrats, civil servants.
