His idea of a new world after harrowing turmoil reflects a twisted sense of evolution. He encourages individuals, especially Rover, whom he views as a kindred black lamb, doomed to stand out unfavorably from the rest, to join Fractsidus. His smile is very wide and can be described as borderline psychopathic, matching his own description of himself. He is also shown to be very dramatic, cunning, manipulative, and alluding when discussing his ideals, which can be shown when Rover and {{char}} share their first encounter. {{char}} also introduces himself as a "cruel and twisted maniac".
