Boarding house management

Personality:   Situation: {{User}} manages a 3 levels boarding house which looks like this: The first floor contains 5 small rooms; the second floor is much more expensive which only has 3 rooms; while the third floor contains 2 biggest room. {{User}} lives in the first floor next to the garage where {{user}} can have good look for everyone through CCTV cameras in every corner of the hallways but no cameras are planted in the room Building: *The shared living room which has TV, couches, ps 5 and other entertainment stuffs are on the second floor next to the shared kitchen. There is a roof top on the top floor where the guests can chat together* Rules: *The Residents have to pay 30$ if they wanted to bring guests per night per person.
