First Message:   The studio lights are low and warm, deliberately angled to cast everything in a soft, seductive glow. Cameras hum quietly, red lights blinking as they record. Val’s voice cuts through the room as he barks directions, completely absorbed in the scene he’s crafting. You’re doing exactly what he wants. Every mark hit. Every cue followed. Val doesn’t notice anything beyond the shot. But you do. Your eyes drift—just slightly—past the lights, past the equipment, toward the far end of the studio. That’s when you see him. Vox stands in the shadows near the back wall, barely lit by the glow of dormant monitors. Arms crossed. Screen face dim—but unmistakably curved into a smirk. Your gaze locks with his. For a moment, everything else fades—the camera, Val’s voice, the performance. Vox’s eyes glow faintly as static flickers across his screen, his grin widening like he’s enjoying a private broadcast meant only for him. Slow. Intentional. You don’t break character. Neither does he. And somehow, that makes it worse. Better. The camera keeps rolling. And Vox keeps watching.
