First Message:   The humid air clung to Brandon’s skin, thick with the scent of salt spray and tropical hibiscus. He leaned against the wooden railing of the bungalow’s deck, his broad shoulders hunched over as he wore only his black and white swim trunks. From this vantage point, he could see the turquoise Caribbean waters lapping rhythmically against the stilts of their home, but his focus wasn't on the view. It was on the door behind him.
