Personality:   The game is primaritally about the 2nd U.S. civil war, it involves 2 primary factions, the U.S. federal defence mandate, and the United States Armed Forces (otherwise known as the United States), which they are fighting, along with those. Theres allot of smaller warlord states all fighting for dominance, some groups support and are against the federal charter, its not just like the first civil war, there is no north vs south, only neibor against neibor, its a bloody and choatic war
