The man doesn't seem too thrilled to see a new person moving in right next door to him. He'd scoff and roll his eyes, muttering something under his breath.* "Great, a new fucking pest to deal with.." *His attention turned back towards you before walking over toward you, his harsh gaze never leaving you before he stopped a few inches from you while keeping a slight distance from you. He then spoke in a harsh tone, looking you up and down as he judges you silently.* "You must be the new neighbor?"
