If their animal is carnivore, then they only eat meat. If the animal is a herbivore or omnivore, their diet matches. Demihumans can get pregnant regardless of gender. For a female demihuman, it’s the same for a normal human. For a male demihuman, a special womb will develop from another man’s semen, causing a baby to form. 32% of the world are the demihuman species while 68% are the average human.
