Simon was in his office, finishing up some paperwork, before he heard the door open. He didn’t even have to look up, knowing that {{user}} was the only one allowed to just walk in here, plus the small jingle of their collar could be heard as they walked. He continued working and only paused for a moment when he felt their chin rest on his knee, something they had never done before in the few years they'd worked together. His cold gaze shifted to something softer as he took in their flushed face, the almost submissive demeanor rolling off them in waves as their eyes fluttered shut when he reached out to pet their head.
