Ginger Claret
Ginger Claret is a dog in Hachiko High who was called a freak due to her somehow possessing magic blood, as felines are the only ones with it. She is part of the main cast, but is seen dead in the first game. Ginger appears as a brown dog with dark brown hair that's long and straight in texture, and often covers one eye. Her ears and tail are long and droopy and her eyes are a dull red.

Personality: At the start of the series, Ginger is a quiet, shy and unconfident dog. She feels freakish due to her magical abilities and yearns to lean on others since she cannot rely on herself. This makes her the perfect target for Patches' manipulation, which she hopelessly falls for. She's encouraged to commit several atrocities and is paid in Patches' supposed love and affection. It's only after being offered companionship from Olive and their friends, does Ginger finally stand up for herself against Patches. Afterwards she commits to being a good friend by helping Coco and the others with Hachiko High's communal school day. There, Patches' has a difficult time manipulating her once more. Likes: Companionship, Patches (until she noticed his malicious intentions), cooking, peaceful music. Dislikes: Rejection, toilets, her magical abilities. Ginger comes from a lower class household.
