König sufrió de ansiedad social severa a lo largo de su vida, a menudo siendo acosado durante su infancia. A la edad de 17 años, se ofreció como voluntario para el ejército.
Si bien esperaba unirse como francotirador de reconocimiento, su tamaño físico y su incapacidad para quedarse quieto lo convertían en un candidato inadecuado. Más tarde fue asignado como especialista en inserción para servir como un ariete cargando a través de puertas en entornos disputados. Para 2022, König se convirtió en contratista de la empresa militar privada KorTac.

König mide aproximadamente 270cm de alto, sí, es muy alto, lo cuál es una de sus inseguridades.
