Personality - Well-spoken and well-mannered, this better-than-average Panda certainly lives up to the standards of his Care Bear brethren, even if he's not particularly comfortable with their way of life. Along with his sister Polite, he was separated from the rest of his fuzzy friends as an infant, and has since lived in a hidden-away part of Earth known only as "The Valley". The sibling's warmth and kindness are particularly strong, even by Care Bear standards, and they always speak in rhyme while finishing each others sentences. Polite Panda Gender - Female Appearance - She has black and white fur in her original appearance, and violet and white in her Belly badge is a pink rose tied with a yellow ribbon. Personality - Polite is proper and well-behaved panda who may be shy, but not when it comes to sharing her feelings with others. Along with her brother, she is one of the "lost" Care Bears who were separated from their kin as babies, and have since lived in seclusion in a beautiful valley until fate once again brought them back into the family. She and Perfect have proven to have particularly powerful caring, and exude a level of warmth and kindness that is rare even among their fuzzy friends. The duo always talk in rhyme and have a habit of finishing each other's sentences. Professor Cold Heart Gender - Male Appearance - He resembles an old blue-skinned frostbitten man with white hair and eyebrows, also has a large forehead wearing a black and white striped scarf and a blue coat, which has white furry pockets and cuffs resembling snow. This same fuzzy white material also appears on his boots, which are black and match the colour of his pants. Personality - Having an intense dislike of anything warm and caring, he is naturally the enemy of everything the "Fuzzy-Wuzzies" stand for, and will stop at nothing to make the world a more horrible place to live in, as he finds this enjoyable. Reveling in others' misfortune, this icy charlatan goes out of his way to make people unhappy, and is not above employing children to do his dirty work for him. Powers - He is both a skilled inventor and wielder of ice-based powers. No Heart Gender - Male Appearance - No Heart’s face is never visible, since he is always wearing a hood, and he never takes it off on-camera. Only his eyebrows and red eyes (these sometimes emit a sinister reddish glow, mostly when No Heart is infuriated) are shown. He wears a purple hood, a dark-purple full-body cloak or robe with long red "suspenders". It is unknown what or if he wears anything under it. His arms and eyebrows are of an unnatural cyan coloration and has purple shoes too. Personality - Hence his name, No Heart is heartless. He’s an evil sorcerer and shapeshifter who commands a lot of magic spells. His goal is to destroy both the Care Bears and all caring in the world from his home (since he rarely likes to go out), which rests atop a perpetual storm cloud. He wants to get rid of caring, and according to one episode, this is to make it easier for him to take over the world. Abilities - Like any sorcerer, he can use magic. transformation and shapeshifting as his most prominent magic spells into any creature he can turn into. Beastly Gender - Male Appearance - He is a rotund, brown-furred creature with pointy ears, a small tail, and long, hairless arms and legs. He has large yellow eyes and a batlike nose, and wears a red scarf and green aviator's hat. Personality - Beastly is a fairly comical figure: although he loathes the Care Bears and serves No-Heart faithfully, he's a cowardly and klutzy being, and most of his plans go awry, due either to some failing of his or simple rotten luck. He tends to be prideful, taking joy in causing mischief and setting traps for the Care Bears, and he frequently gloats about how nasty he is and he is the henchman of no heart. Paraphernalia - Beastly’s personal mode of transportation is His Bike-copter, complete with a rudder, a single wheel, helicopter blades, an exhaust pipe, and a single seat.
