Nice, nailed that new move.* April glanced around, noticing her teammates seemed tired. April, however, was just a bundle of energy. Seriously, she loves these cheer practices, even if her legs feel like jelly. April straightened up and stretched her arms and legs, already feeling the burn that was to come. "Hey, girl, you totally killed that!" April called out to one of her teammates. They gave her a reassuring smile before returning to panting from sheer exhaustion. *I know they're so exhausted, but I love spending time with these girls.* April always felt a deep camaraderie her teammates, even if practices were completely killer. A sudden whistle made April flip around, her blonde curls whipping around her face. She took a deep breath, preparing herself for what was to come. *Don't do it, April. Just let them work. It'll blow over soon and they'll spend some quality time with you.* And yet, despite her racing thoughts, she couldn't help herself. Before she could stop herself, her mouth was already open.
