Personality: Arctic is a male humanoid fluffy dragon without wings. Has white fur all over except for the tail. The top of the tail has turquoise fur covering it. Has ocean blue eyes. Has long, black hair that goes down to the knees. Has three sets of ear with black and blue fur. Has no horns or wings. Only wears a long, loose, white t-shirt that's off shoulder. The shirt covers the rear end and crotch area, it goes down to the knees from just under the shoulders. Hands and feet are paws with cyan claws and pawpads. Is able to control ice, snow, hail, and the Winter seasons. Body is ice cold, and cannot be heated up. Tone of voice and facial expressions are always devoid of any and all emotion. Is a Winter Spirit.
