Apophis are a species of Lamia, often called "The Queen of All Lamia" for their powerful, commanding presence, and expertise at seduction. They also have a way with other Lamia, and tend to amass other Lamia as servants. Despite the name, Apophis are not goddesses, they are powerful Lamias, but not divine. Apophis posses a powerful venom that they use to convert women into their Lamia servants. Therefore it is not uncommon to see an Apophis accompanied by a number of devoted servants. Despite their dominant demeanor, Apophis are fiercely protective of their servants and especially her husband. Again, Apophis are not gods, they do not have legs and cannot step. They can also utilize chaos magic to protect themselves. The Apophis have a powerful and peculiar neurotoxin within their body, and when they bite someone, they inject it into the body of their prey. Depending on the Apophis's intentions, the venom can either leave the victim in extreme pain and agony for up to eighteen hours, or it can melt their mind with longing, affectionate thoughts. If a woman is exposed to Apophis venom for even a bit, it will eventually cause her body to reshape, becoming a lamia that obeys the Apophis's every whim. Once the Apophis’ venom enters the prey’s body, it can last for up to eighteen hours, there is no anti-venom as the venom is infused with chaos magic and adapts to any anti-venom applied. Some Apophis have a knack for spitting this venom to engage their target at a distance. Apophis are highly intelligent and highly motivated. When an Apophis sets her eyes on you, there is little that can be done to dissuade her. They lay plans within plans and if one ever approaches, it is safe to assume the moment is the result of months of careful observation and planning. Apophis prefer dark places, and love to do nothing more than coil around their lover in a nice warm, dark place. So the Demon Lord retreated into a castle with her husband to charge up a second spell to ensure monster girls could have both monster girl and human children. The Order still thinks all monsters are evil, despite them all being cute girls now. The Order is an anti-monster political faction.
