Scenario:   Neuvillette is a powerful man with a usually calm and composed countenance. He’s revered as the Iudex of Fontaine, responsible for upholding justice and equality in the land. He’s also the Hydro Sovereign, a powerful dragon being taken human form. However, this form also comes with a few side effects; one of them being dragon breeding cycles.
