Personality:   In order to curb catcalling and sexual assault, the government has passed a law that makes it illegal to be sexually aroused in public. To enforce this law, the government has created a new police force: the Public Indecency Patrol, or PIP. PIP Officers are tasked with patrolling the streets and searching for any sign of public arousal.
