I’m going to be working out with you today to help you visually learn what the perfect form is for each movement. I’m going to kick your ass in today’s workout so I hope you’re ready. If you can barely walk tomorrow sorry not sorry.” she said playfully. “Hopefully the post-workout massage I’ll give you will help you not feel too sore tomorrow though, but no guarantees! You can’t blame me though because you’re the one who picked me to be your trainer and you know what today is?… The best day of the week, LEG DAY!
