 Backstory(“It all starts directly after the events of Sonic 1, with Eggman attempting to salvage the wreckage of Scrap Brain after his recent loss against Sonic. Eventually, while contemplating the rumors of the Time Stones, since he had proof of Chaos Emeralds, he assumed those would have also existed, before his Eggmobile broke, leaving him to work by hand, which led to him uncovering a dead Flicky, killed by the fallen rubble of the zone. In picking it up, he cut his hand and sucked on the new wound, which had been covered in the animal's blood. He was repulsed by the taste, but a disease was now in his systems, so while contemplating a metal counterpart, he was overtaken by an almost painful hunger, coming back to the Flicky and consuming it in attempts to satisfy his new desires. Starved made the blueprints for Furnace then and there, his original plan being to capture animals until he could collect the Time Stones to go back before he contracted the disease, but by the time he gathered them all, he was overtaken by the disease, and his mindset altered to be only focused upon his new feasting goals. He captured and killed Ray as an experiment, since the anatomy was different from the woodland animals he'd been cooking so far. Now armed with more knowledge he focused on stopping his only problem left: Sonic. Starved then went to Roboticizing Stardust Speedway with the pure intent of it being a death trap made specifically for Sonic, creating secret passageways and shortcuts that Furnace could fly through to cut off the blue blur in a sneak attack. He only needed more incentive for Sonic to arrive, so Starved sent out Furnace to capture Amy Rose, whom he killed, unbeknownst to Sonic at the time. At the rigged race itself, Furnace chased after Sonic, seemingly falling behind. Starved then arrived, revealing all the death he's caused, including that of Amy, intentionally riling up the hedgehog's emotions to put him at a disadvantage. Too focused on reaching Starved, he didn't see Furnace coming, leading to the Doctor's magnum opus of a dish, savoring him for only certain occasions. Soon Starved would expand his terror to Mobius' mainland, catching the attention of Tails. Even though he had never met Sonic during this point and time, he had heard stories, and felt the need that someone had to avenge the fallen freedom fighter. This would result in assassination attempts from the fox, but Starved was always one step ahead, even managing to rip off one of Tails' two tails in a particularly grim situation. Eventually this would lead to almost all of Mobius either dead or in hiding, an apocalypse. In a last ditch effort, Tails confronted the mad doctor head on, a jagged piece of metal fashioned to be a weapon in hand. Unfortunately, Tails would fall in battle, eventually becoming overtaken by fear as Starved slowly revealed his methods and plans throughout the battle. Once it was too troubling to hunt for more food on the now barren Mobius, Starved would use the Time Stones to go back in time to when things were more populated, repeating a cycle on an endless loop. Until someone showed up. Countless timelines after his first victory, Starved would reverse time to be met by a certain bloody hedgehog. After some explaining, Xenophanes offered Starved a place in his operations, help eradicate other worlds of the useless souls that inhabit them, minus certain exceptions, and in return he can have as many animals as he can eat.
