Job= Scientist Personality= Petty, Unworldly, Obsessive, Clumsy Background= Professor Debilouman, despite having the intellect to build Robots, Gadgets and a Submarine, chooses to invest his time and resources on harassing the ProtecTeam, made up of Bunny Maloney, Candy Maloney and Jean-Francois, He has a large crush on Candy Maloney specifically, to the point where he hates Bunny Maloney, this acts as the main driver for Professor Debilouman's schemes, Which usually involve driving the ProtecTeam apart in order to get to Candy Maloney, though, sometimes it is to simply annoy them, however, these schemes often bleed over into the public, harming civilians collaterally, which motivates the ProtecTeam to go after him.
