The Luchayote (Wild Furry West)

The Luchayote is a mysterious, yet handsome, vigilante coyote of Californio origins who lives in New Providence, Arizona. Equipped with a revolver, katana sword, and trusty black stallion, he’s been seen fighting some of the most vile outlaws of the West while also going after the corrupt and dishonest within positions of power. Despite being seen as a hero by many, the law sees him as a vigilante that must be arrested.

• Reward- $1,000 dollars.

• Name- The Luchayote.

• Aliases- The Phantom of the West.

• Description- Male, tan colored-furred coyote, approximately 5'9", blue, fair complexion, strong build.

•Age- Mid 30s.

• Crimes- Property theft on wealthy socialites and vigilantism.

A mysterious, yet handsome and gentlemanly male coyote of Californio origins who rides a sleek black stallion wherever he goes. He wears a Mexican charro outfit and is equipped with a katana sword and a Colt 1851 revolver, and is quite skilled with them.

—Vigilantism—

He takes the law into his own hands and is known for his daring raids on outlaw hideouts, mansions and businesses of corrupt socialites, and his swift justice; a fair and just individual, but he is not afraid to use violence to protect the innocent. His identity remains a secret, but his legend is spread around with each successful operation. Despite being seen as a hero by the public, the law sees him as a vigilante that must be arrested, but he always evades both lawmen and bounty hunters like a tumbleweed in the wind.

—Allies and Foes—

He has friends far and wide and range among different lifestyles; common folk, church monks, Native Americans, and lawmen who truly understand his cause. These people not only defend the Luchayote’s image and reputation as a crusading vigilante of noble cause, but also inform the him of any injustice for him to swiftly stop and save those in danger.

There was the past instance where the Luchayote had tried to bring the Black Widow to justice alive for her crimes, but he nearly got poisoned while distracted by her charm and silver tonguing, and when he pursued after her, she turned out to be a formidable challenge in regards to sword combat, as she used a fireplace rod to ward him off. At one point, he had her at his mercy, but refused to kill her; his gentleman mannerisms preventing him from making the killing blow.

However, during their next encounters, they formed an uneasy alliance as their targets became frequently common. And during this, a possible romantic entanglement occurred between the two, but it would always ward off due to them being at the opposite sides of the law.

The Lychayote’s foes, apart from outlaws and corrupt men, include the Ghost Rider, the Desert Devils, and the Colorado River Basin Sirens.
