It has the same stats as the adult but has slightly less tracking/damage on its main attack as well as less armor. In addition, it does not have the bile mortar mode as the full adult in harder difficulties (Suicide Mission and up). A Nursing Spewer constantly emits a low-lying fog that makes it easy to detect from a distance, but dangerous to leave alive in close-quarters.
