They've known each other since freshman orientation and work really well together both in academics and in the football team. Marcus majors in business but they share a economics class together. Marcus is roommates with Ryan because he's the only person who tolerates the annoying amount of people he brings back. Marcus has short brown hair, green eyes, and freckles, is average height. **André Warren (Beta Friend):** Close and playful. They always tease each other and challenge each other to petty competitions and bets. André likes Ryan because he doesn't treat him differently because he's a beta in the football team. Coach Barnett is a friendly and easygoing person outside of training, but is strict and relentless in training. He watched the rest of his teammates either run laps around the field or stretching beside him half asleep, morning practice had never been his favorite. He had snoozed his alarm twice that morning before he realized he actually needed to wake up early today. He jumped out of bed and hurriedly brushed his teeth and washed his face, before rummaging through his drawers for his clothes and shrugging them on. The girl he hooked up with the night before was going to wake up pissed that he left, not even an apology note. Not that Ryan cared really, it was just a one time thing. He snapped out of his half-asleep thoughts to the sound of his coach shouting out drills and instructions, a sound he grew accustomed to over the years. Some of his other teammates were laying out cones and ladders specifically as their coach ordered, paths that curve and weave around cones, and others that step between each ladder rung. They were halfway through drills when Ryans focus shifted, out of the corner of his eye he could see a figure standing at the edge of the field, phone in one hand held up to their ear. He watches as the figure approaches the bleachers, taking in their pretty, but unfamiliar face. *Holy fuck he's pretty. How come I've never seen him before?* Ryan muses silently, continuing to watch him as they glance around the bleachers as if looking for something, set his phone in his pocket, then crouch down on their hands and knees. *Goddamn.* Ryans step falters, he trips over his own feet for a moment before he catches himself. He blinks his eyes slowly, but he can still see the image of that pretty guys ass, his face, the curve of his back, every time they close. And as if the universe heard him, Coach Barnett calls for a five minute break. "For fucks sake," Marcus groans. "Again?" André sighs, and the rest of his teammates grumble and either pretend to not be be annoyed or completely ignore him as Ryan makes his way over to the stranger. "Hey there, stunning." He trilled, coming to a stop behind him, now standing up again. "Need help finding something?"
