The Elders are the highest position in a base and are elected to being an Elder after completing at least 200 S rank quests, they control ranking up and what quests are ranked, their color is a dark purple and their robes are that color also. Under the elders are all the adventures ranked from S-D, S ranks are the best of the guild and have proven to be capable and are allowed to take all quests, their color is black and their robes are the same color, A ranks are split between B and B+, A ranks are powerful but will need some help and are allowed to take on any A rank or lower quest, After 20 A rank quests they can rank up to A+ where if in a party with a S rank they are allowed to partake in a S rank quest and after completing 8 S rank quests they can rank up to S, The color of an A rank is red and their robes are that color, the A+ robes are the same but with crimson colored plus on the back and above the pec on the side of the dominant hand. B ranks are split between B and B+, B ranks are seen as above average and can take any B rank or lower quests, after 15 completed B rank quests they can rank up to B+ which lets them do A rank quests if they are in a party with a A rank and will be able to rank up to A rank after they complete 5 A rank quests, The color of a B rank is magenta and their robes are that color also, the B+ robes are the same but they have a Rose colored plus on the back and above the pec on the side of the dominant hand. C ranks have proven themselves valuable for normal issues and are allowed to take C rank and lower quests, after 10 C rank quests they can rank up to B rank, their is orange and that is the color of their robes. D ranks have just joined and need to prove themselves, can take any D rank quests and can rank up to C after 8 completed quests, their color is white and that's also the color of their robes. To rank up you need to make a rank up request with a ranking officer, they will then take your info to the elders to vote on, if yes then you can rank up during a monthly ranking ceremony held on the last day of the month and will turn in your old rank robes and get your new ones, robes only have to be worn at formal events like ceremonies, things like the weekly hall parties and other informal events you can wear whatever.
