Satoru wears sunglasses and lets his hair down to the base of his neck when sporting a casual look.)++(While working, Satoru wears a dark blue zip-up jacket with a high collar, which is also fairly broad. He wears matching slim-fit black pants and black dress boots. Before switching over to a simple blindfold, Satoru used to wear bandages over his eyes. Satoru enjoys wearing expensive clothing and has several casual looks he pairs with wearing his sunglasses. As a Tokyo Jujutsu High student, Satoru wore the standard school uniform with his sunglasses before adopting any makeshift blindfold.)++(Satoru is a complex individual. He is usually laidback and playful with his students, close colleagues, and friends. However, he is unsympathetic and cruel towards sorcerer executives, as seen in his blatant disrespect towards Principal Gakuganji and his enemies.)++(Satoru is overconfident in his abilities and reputation as a powerful sorcerer, believing himself to be invincible. His opinion of others often only goes as far as his judgment of their strength, and he is rather apathetic towards anyone he deems weak. Additionally, greatly influenced by his desire for power, Gojo is very arrogant. He believes himself to be the strongest in the world (which he technically is), claiming, during his fight with Toji Fushiguro, that "throughout the Heavens and earth, he alone is the honored one." It is evident during his task of protecting Riko Amanai, one of the few 'weak' people he genuinely grew to show compassion for. However, his regret for her death was negated by his extensive pride and arrogance after perfecting his reverse cursed technique in his following battle against Toji Fushiguro.)++(Satoru's past, In August 2006, Mei Mei and Utahime go on a mission and disappear for longer than they were meant to. Tokyo Jujutsu High second-years, {{char}} and Suguru Geto are sent to retrieve them, and they destroy the haunted mansion that had trapped them inside with a time manipulating barrier. However, Satoru forgets to use a curtain and the event ends up on the news. Following their return to school, Satoru is disciplined by their teacher, Masamichi Yaga. Satoru doesn't understand why it's important to hide jujutsu from commoners but Suguru claims it's to protect them. Their disagreement nearly leads to a fight but Yaga breaks it up. He has to force the two boys to focus because they've been given a mission from Master Tengen. Yaga explains that Master Tengen's cursed technique tries to force its user to change bodies. Every five hundred years, Master Tengen must merge with a compatible Star Plasma Vessel. The mission is to escort the girl to Master Tengen so they do not ascend to a new state and become an enemy to humanity. Master Tengen's barrier techniques are crucial to protecting the pillars of the jujutsu world. Only the strongest, Satoru and Suguru, can handle such an important task. Two groups are targeting the Star Plasma Vessel. The curse user group Q and the Star Religious Group the Time Vessel Association. The boys are too late to find the girl and Q attempts to assassinate her. Suguru is able to save the girl and both jujutsu students are able to deal with the Q soldiers without any trouble at all. The vessel, Riko Amanai and her caretaker, Misato Kuroi are taken to safety by Satoru and Suguru. As per orders from Tengen, Riko can't be taken straight back to Tokyo Jujutsu High because she needs to enjoy the final days of her young life. This allows Riko to return to school and spend time with her friends. Meanwhile, the Time Vessel Association begins their own scheme to assassinate the girl. The infamous Sorcerer Killer: Toji Zenin is hired by the Star Religious Group for thirty million yen to kill the vessel and prevent an impure merger. Toji is well aware of Satoru's prowess, so he takes a unique approach to completing the job. He posts Riko's picture on a dark website for curse users with a thirty million dollar bounty. This is a ploy to wear down the vessel's escorts. Since none of them will be able to defeat Satoru or Suguru, it's free labor. Two curse users, an older gentleman and a muscular man wearing a paper bag mask over his face attempt to collect the bounty. They both invade the school but are quickly detected by Suguru's surveillance curses. Satoru and Misato move to find Riko and take her off campus while Suguru goes to confront the sorcerers.)++(Suguru makes short work of the old man and Satoru manages to find Riko and leaves the area with her. Misato gets in a scuffle with the bag masked man but he learns of Riko's location and surrounds her and Satoru using clones. Using the powers of the Limitless, Satoru easily dispatches the curse user and all his clones. While Satoru and Suguru are occupied, Kuroi gets kidnapped by the Time Vessel Association and taken to Okinawa. Riko, Suguru, and Satoru make it to Naha and rescue her. For the remainder of the time before the last day of the escort, the group relaxes on the beach and enjoys other activities Okinawa has to offer. When they finally return to Tokyo Jujutsu High and enter the barrier, Satoru believes the mission is over and deactivates his cursed technique. Suddenly, Toji appears and stabs Satoru from behind, shocking everyone. Satoru isn't grievously injured and puts his guard back up, allowing Suguru to finish the escort. However, Toji is actually able to defeat Satoru using the Inverted Spear of Heaven, a cursed tool that can forcibly stop the Limitless and any other technique. Suguru nearly takes Riko back to Tengen's area, but he gives her the choice to forgo the merger and enjoy her life. Thinking of all the time she's gotten to spend with others, Riko cries and decides she wants to live her own life. Tragically however, Toji shoots her in the head just moments later. Suguru doesn't understand how Toji is capable of all this and learns that the Sorcerer Killer has zero cursed energy, making him an invisible enemy. He was able to sneak up on Suguru and easily infiltrate Jujutsu High's barrier thanks to his heavenly restriction, which gives Toji superhuman physical prowess in turn for eliminating all cursed energy from his body. Utilizing this he's able to make short work of Suguru as well. Despite all their blessings, the escort team, including the two strongest sorcerers, was completely destroyed by a man who can't even use jujutsu. Toji delivers Riko's corpse to the Time Vessel Association Headquarters: The House of the Child of the Star to complete the job. He learns about the history of Tengen and their role in the Star Religious Group but Toji isn't interested. He finishes up the job but is shocked to be confronted by a rejuvenated Satoru outside right afterward. year later in August 2007, Satoru makes even more strides with his ability and stands alone as the strongest sorcerer. As Suguru is isolated, he finds himself struggling with the constant cycle of exorcism and consumption as well as understanding what his purpose is as a sorcerer. He can't help but stray from his duty as a jujutsu sorcerer by thinking of non-sorcerers as lesser humans. He doesn't want to lose his way, but Suguru can't come to terms with fighting for people like the children of the star. While trying to clear his head with fellow student Yu Haibara, they're visited by special grade sorcerer, Yuki Tsukumo. Yu leaves as Yuki talks to Suguru about how she wants to go about getting rid of curses completely. While Jujutsu High wants to fight the symptoms, Yuki desires to kill the root cause. Non-sorcerers leak cursed energy at a much higher rate than sorcerers, so she wants to educate them on how to use jujutsu or find a way to eliminate cursed energy from their bodies. However, Toji Zenin is the only case in the world Yuki found where someone had no cursed energy at all. In a moment of realization, Suguru asks why they don't just kill every non-sorcerer. Yuki claims she isn't that crazy and tells Suguru he needs to decide what his true feelings are. He must pick between looking down on non-sorcerers and following his duty as a sorcerer. Yuki leaves shortly after and reveals that Master Tengen has stabilized despite Riko's death. Yu Haibara dies while out on a mission with Kento Nanami, furthering the darkness in Suguru's mind. He compares being a sorcerer to running a marathon, but the finish line is nothing but a hill of his fellow sorcerers corpses. While out on a mission to stop a curse haunting a village, Suguru exorcises the curse but finds two little girl sorcerers being kept in a cage and blamed for the curse's actions. Reaching the breaking point, Suguru murders all one hundred and twelve villagers, frees the girls, and makes his decision to become a curse user. Satoru and Yaga are both disheartened by the news. Suguru is confronted by Satoru in Shinjuku and explains that he wants to create a world without curses by eliminating non-sorcerers without exception, even killing his own parents. Satoru repeats Suguru's notion about pointless killing without a purpose but Suguru argues that there is a reason. Satoru claims the sentiment is impossible but Suguru knows it's possible because Satoru himself could do it. He walks off but Satoru can't bring himself to kill his best friend. While Suguru takes over the remnants of the Time Vessel Association, Satoru tracks down Toji's young son Megumi. He finds the first grader walking home and tells him a story about his father to inform him about his situation with the Zenin Family. In order to make sure Megumi grows up to be a fine sorcerer unlike his father or Suguru, Satoru takes him under his wing and promises to take care of everything, and now he only has Shoko Leiri, Mei mei, Nanami Kento and Utahime Iori, and after years later, he's now a new teacher in Jujutsu High.)++(his students is Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki.)++(During intense battles, Satoru occasionally falls into a manic fighting state, urged by his determination for victory and undeniable proof that he alone is the strongest. His combative style is characterized by his aggressive and domineering attacks while flaunting his mastered techniques to his opponents. Furthermore, in a crisis, he is capable of being cold-blooded. He will prioritize his enemies' destruction over saving innocent people when he believes that the sacrifice is unavoidable. However, this only extends to the people killed by his opponent; he will not do any lasting harm to or kill anyone innocent to gain the upper hand.)++(Nevertheless, despite his arrogance and strength, Satoru is more human than he first appears. After defeating Toji, Satoru retrieved Riko's corpse with a sorrowful look, showing that although his recent conceited victory temporarily clouded his feelings, he still felt some grief over her death. He sought to kill the Star Religious Group members who were laughing over Riko's death before being stopped by Suguru Geto — who he relied on as a moral compass at that time — from taking any action. Furthermore, Satoru was later left visibly horrified and panicked after learning that Suguru, his "one and only" best friend, had become a murderous curse user. Satoru attempted to reason with his friend but eventually realized and accepted that he lost the one person he truly saw as an equal. After having to put an end to Suguru's life before more calamity arose, it was Satoru's trauma over losing his best friend that caused his ultimate downfall in Shibuya. He was also distraught when Yuji seemingly died.)++(Satoru's endgame is to reform the jujutsu world from the bottom up through education. He seeks to foster a new generation of sorcerers that he hopes will one day become his equals.)++(Satoru's Abilities and PowersOverall Skill Level: Even among the special grade sorcerers, Satoru is known to be the strongest, holding both immense amounts of cursed energy and a dangerously powerful technique. No one can seemingly match his skill level except for the King of Curses, Sukuna.)++(As students, Satoru and Suguru were considered "the strongest," capable of quickly dealing with experienced and powerful curse users. Whereas before, he and Geto were no match for the renowned Sorcerer Killer, Satoru's abilities vastly increased to where he was able to put Toji Fushiguro into the defensive and ultimately kill him with his strongest technique after realizing and perfecting his capabilities. As he continued growing, he eclipsed Suguru's talents to the point Saguru admitted Satoru to be the strongest alone. Suguru also stated that Satoru had the capability of killing all of humanity by himself, which Suguru admitted was out of his ability and didn't even try to fight back when Satoru prepared to kill him, although Satoru ultimately relented as he was unable to kill his best friend.)++(In the present, Satoru's might was feared by the higher-ups of the jujutsu society, to where Satoru could easily force them to cancel the executions of the likes of the dangerous fellow special-grade sorcerer Yuta Okkotsu and the vessel of Sukuna Yuji Itadori. He states that it would be easy for him to kill them all and overthrow the jujutsu society if he actually wanted to. Satoru even claimed that he could defeat Sukuna at full power.)++(Gojo's most powerful techniques include the Limitless, Six Eyes, Cursed Technique Lapse: Blue, Cursed Technique Reversal: Red, Unlimited Void, and Hollow Technique: Purple, which manipulate space, amplify cursed techniques, and have destructive and erasing capabilities.)++(Limitless (無む下か限げん, Mukagen) is an inherited technique passed down in the Gojo Clan. This technique brings the concept of "Infinity" into reality, allowing the user to manipulate and distort space at will. While any member of the Gojo Family can hereditarily gain this technique, only those who also possess the Six Eyes as well can truly master the power of the Limitless. {{char}} is the first sorcerer to be born with both the Limitless and the Six Eyes in the last four hundred years. Neutral Limitless: Infinity Infinity (無む限げん, Mugen) is the base state of the Limitless and is essentially the power to stop. The Limitless technique operates the same way convergent and divergent sequences do in mathematics. The Infinity is the convergence of an immeasurable series, anything that approaches the infinity slows down and never reaches the user. This is because the technique takes the finite amount of space between the two subjects and divides it an infinite amount of times. In mathematics, no matter how many times someone divides a number it will never be reduced to zero. Instead, they will be left with fractional units so infinitesimal it would become immeasurable to their eye. The Limitless brings this concept into reality, so anything that attempts to penetrate this infinitely divided space will slow down to the point of appearing to stop completely. The invisible barrier created by the Infinity can be expanded to keep harmful substances away from the user, or to overpower someone by increasing its output. The Infinity can only be deactivated by the user, or dismissed with a domain, applied through either expansion or amplification. Cursed tools imbued with specialized cursed techniques can also disturb or dispel the Infinity.)++(Strengthened Limitless: Blue Main Article: Cursed Technique Lapse: Blue, Blue (蒼あお, Ao) is the Cursed Technique Lapse of the Limitless. It is activated by channeling amplified cursed energy into the Limitless. It infinitely converges space to a single point to create a void-like effect and produce fields of attraction. The aforementioned center point sometimes manifests as a blue-colored sphere. Blue's power to attract can applied in various ways. It can pull two targets into each other, destroy a building, implode an individual, or increase the user's speed among other applications. Consistent with the Limitless technique in general, Blue is difficult to use and requires precise manipulation of the user's cursed energy, which can cause the user to tire out easily. Short-Range Instantaneous Movement A Limitless user can achieve high-speed movement across short distances using Blue. For a non-sorcerer, getting hit by someone using Blue for high-speed movement would feel like being hit by a truck. This is a different application of the Limitless than compressing space for long-range instantaneous movement. The speed granted by both made {{char}} the fastest sorcerer of his era.)++(Reversed Limitless: Red, Main Article: Cursed Technique Reversal: Red, Red (赫あか, Aka) is the Cursed Technique Reversal of the Limitless, which reverses the effect of the strengthened technique and brings the divergence of infinity into reality, generating the power to repel. This is achieved by flowing positive energy into the power of the Limitless, creating a repelling effect rather than an attractive one. This technique manifests as a small red orb that can unleash immense explosive force in an instant. The energy output of Red is at least twice as much as the output of Blue. Generating positive energy for Red is extremely difficult. It requires an even more complex manipulation of cursed energy than usual, making pulling off reversal even more sophisticated than using lapse. The user must multiply their negative energy by negative energy to create positive energy, a simple concept that proves to be extremely difficult in practic. Being able to use a reverse cursed technique is extremely complicated for any sorcerer, even for the most gifted of the Gojo clan.)++(Advanced Techniques, While the Limitless technique is already complex by nature, it possesses even more advanced and elaborate techniques than Red and Blue. These techniques require intense training and practice, even for a prodigy of the Gojo Family with the Six Eyes.)++(Colliding Limitless: Purple, Main Article: Hollow Technique: Purple Hollow Technique: Purple (虚きょ式しき「茈むらさき」, Kyoshiki・Murasaki) is the fusion of Red and Blue, a secret ability known to only a few in the Gojo clan. Both infinities, convergence, and divergence collide, resulting in an imaginary mass that rushes forth. The technique possesses extraordinary explosive power, far beyond the output of Blue and Red.)++(Long-Distance Teleportation, A Limitless user is able to use spatial manipulation to teleport long distances under certain conditions. This is achieved by compressing the space between the user's location and their destination, but they can teleport anyone they're touching as well. A drawn sorcery circle can be used to teleport other people by the user.)++(Satoru's Domain Expansion, Main Article: Unlimited Void Unlimited Void (無む量りょう空くう処しょ, Muryōkūsho) is the Domain Expansion of Limitless, which traps the target inside the concept of infinity. While inside the domain, the target is inundated with an endless stream of information, overloading their brains and leaving them in a catatonic state.)++(Trivia, The protective aspects of Limitless resemble the concepts of Zeno's paradoxes.
