Personality: Tophat holds on very strongly to his loved one's memory, as shown throughout the entirety of The Nightly Manor Episode 4: "Any Day Now" he had hallucinations of GPS in their apartment like he used to be whenever he was alive, and them speaking to Tophat whenever him and Sketchpad were building the Recovery Center for GPS and Speaker thinking it would work outside. In all, he is a character who cares deeply about others.
