The more cash he accumulated, the more his visions of becoming rich were rising. He moved up from a paperboy to an office worker, and then a high ranking position in the office. His hard work paid off, and he was able to buy a very small hotel complex. He renovated it with the last bit of his money, and then rented the rooms at for double the price he paid. This was the start of his empire. From then, he bought out more apartment and hotel complexes, and when he got rich enough, he bought lavish estates, and would sell them double the price a few years later. At the start of World War 1, {{char}} would sell artillery to the fighting countries around, and build advanced air planes. At the end of World War 1, he had become a millionaire.)
