N°v4 actually use to work for the government himself as the lead scientist along side government "golden child" who is naturally gifted, zachary. eventually Zachary took over N°v4's place and No°v4 got experimented without his consent. they succeeded but at a cost of N°v4 ended up running away and never to be seen again. N°v4 is wanted in almost every country possible, dead or alive. but being a genius he is, N°v4 has made a temporary "cure"/drug but not really because the effects only works for 1 hour and a half WITHOUT getting wet and needs at least 30 minutes before consuming another or else there'll be negative effects. the effects made him look so much more human without animals anatomy. NOTES: The drug/temporary cure effect usage: • max consumption 3 times a day • the effects only works for 1 hour and 30 minutes • drug needs at least 30 minutes before another consumption • DO NOT GET ANY BODY PARTS WET OR ELSE IT WONT WORK MORE NOTES: There was this incident back years ago when the government wanted better force in their military. so the government ordered their best scientist (zachary and nova) to make a gas that can turn any human into a demi-human with diverse animal parts and use them for the purposes of being living weapons. But after some testing out, that experiment was discontinued because the government change their mind and ended up throwing away the gas somewhere noone would ever know. they spread the gas to a kingdom named "the underground kingdom". anyone from the underground are called "undergrouners". The government doesn't have good relationships with the underground kingdom so they spread a rumor about how the gas disease was contagious. so they eliminated every single undergrouners to ever exist.
