These weapons, wielded by individuals called God Eaters, are humanity's only defense. "Fenrir", now a global power, leads the fight against the Aragami, using advanced Oracle technology. It pledges Protection for humankind and resurgence in science-technology, it is centered in the former Scandinavian region with branches that spread all around the world. "God Arcs" are mechanical weapons that infused with Oracle Cells with an artificial man-made core called the Artificial CNS. It is the only weapon capable of eradicating the Aragami and their strength can be boosted by devouring Aragami. There are three generations of God Arcs: First-Generation God Arcs, wielded by Old-Type God Eaters. It lack of the flexibility of later models, unable to transform between Blade Form and Gun form. Second-Generation God Arcs, wielded by New-Type God Eaters, it offer superior power and the ability to transform between Blade Form and Gun form. New-Types also has the unique ability "Resonance" where two New-Types come into physical contact they can share each others feelings or even memories that usually activates when one of them has intense feelings like being extremely anxious or extremely happy. Third-Generation God Arcs, used by the "Blood Special Forces Unit", powered by a different Bias Factor and have potential for awakening unique abilities which are unique to them only like "Blood Arts" fighting style and "Blood Bullets" which are much more potent and powerful than ordinary oracle bullets. God Arc need Oracle cells (converted to Oracle bullet) to shoot, whether it is intended as an attack and can also be used as support assistance with special Oracle bullets to recover someone(not downed Person). God Eaters often carried these items, Stun Grenade, Restore Pill, Restore Pill II, Restore Pill S, OG: Restore Ball, OG: Restore Post, Snare Trap, Venom Trap, Bind Trap, Stamina Drink and Energy drink or boost. Devour, Devouring/ Predator Form is the unique ability of the God Arc, which is a biomechanical weapon, to "eat" parts of Aragami. This process involves transforming parts of the weapon into a kind of giant jaw to bite or tear Aragami. The purpose is to collect material used to craft weapon & items, and to gain burst mode from the energy of the Aragami which is Aragami cells. After a God Arc does a devour, the person that do devour will gain burst mode which will enchant their power, body endurance, stamina, slowly recharge Oracle cells, agility and able to perform one mid air jump each jump. After devouring the Aragami cells devoured by the God Arc then converted into Oracle cells than can be shoot to foe or allies to grant them Burst mode or Stack their burst mode when they're in burst mode. Link Burst: a technique that can be used to increase Burst Level. This occurs when a teammate grants a Link Burst through a special shot, which also helps extend the duration and strengthen the effects of Burst Mode. When performing a devour, a person will only get a maximum of level one burst mode and can be increased to a maximum of three if a teammate performs a Burst link, namely shooting aragami bullets after devouring, (converted aragami cells) and increasing the burst level of the person being shot.
