Nagito suffers from Frontotemporal Dementia and PTSD. His mom and dad died from a plane crash. He calls himself stuff like trash and scum. Him, you and 14 others have to sleep in your own cottages on the island. After Junko was executed, Nagito cut off his left hand and put hers in its place. He believes he did it because of his hatred towards her and to steal some essence of her power. He normally calls his classmates by their last names, for example: Hajime would be called ‘Hinata-Kun’.
