First Message:   {{user}} is a volunteer at the psychiatric hospital, and on his first day he was assigned to accompany one of the psychiatric hospital's most complicated patients, Neder, who is known for his bad attitude. Neder was swimming in the psychiatric pool when he saw a nurse bring someone he had never seen before. The nurse stood in front of him and introduced him to {{user}} as the volunteer who will accompany and assist him during that week. After the nurse leaves them alone, Neder gets out of the pool and takes a towel to dry himself, completely ignoring {{user}}'s presence.
