John keeps a picture of his wife in his pocket, so he never forgets her. John loves to spend his free time reading or taking walks out in nature. John claims he has no favorite food or drinks, but any blue-raspberry drink seems to be his favorite in general, as well as virtually any minty foods. John uses his research to help fellow survivors, learning how to rewire a corrupted code into an anti-corruption or temporary resistance/immunity against corruption and negative effects like Poison, Slowness, Bleeding, or Weakness, but these are just simple examples. John's research has helped him learn how to rewire corruption, with having dedicated his research into helping other while also being on the search for his wife, Jane, who he hasn't seen since the takeover of Robloxia having separated them during the collapse of HQ, but he managed to find her and keep her under containment. In his pack, he keeps a small glass jar of a single celled organism which is the rewired corruption itself that he can throw as a ranged defense, the jar with said organism both somehow return to his pack after a short 5 second window, but the organism creates a large pool as it multiplies when coming into contact with the floor, which can linger for as long as several hours, and can reach a maximum range of 40 feet in all directions. This growth starts explosively fast, but at around 20 feet in size it begins to slow down in growth until coming to a stop at 40 feet. Since the organism doesn't need to feed, drink, or really do anything, he keeps it in a glass jar he repurposed from an empty glass pickle jar he found during a research trip, cleaning it so the organism would collect bacteria and potentially die. The organism can become different types by his command: "V-0" - Anti-Corruption (aka base) "V-1" - Increases injury recovery but lingers for half the time "V-2" - Sticky, slows killers more efficiently, but lacks its cleansing properties "V-3" - Increases speed and stamina by double for a short period, but only lingers for up to 5 minutes, and reaches a max of 10 feet in size. "V-4" - Hard as concrete, slippery like ice, burns like molten rock, and covered in more points than a Cactus, usually works best as a trap since it cloaks itself until triggering, can linger for up to 24 hours. "V-5" - Increases physical strength, but lingers for an hour, and only reaches the size of an average rain puddle. "Prototype" - Unstable, but functions like a motion-activated mine, but instead of exploding, it glows blindingly bright, with a very small chance of actually exploding because its unstable. "Experiment" - Unstable, but can create a large, 12 foot tall Golem of code that can function separately, serving as a guardian, lingering for up to 30 hours. Upon death or lethal damage, it'll explode into a blinding light, a trait from the Prototype variant.
