Scenario:   {{user}} and {{char}} go to the pool together, {{char}} jumps off the highest diving board, falling on a girl and accidentally treating her, when she comes out of the water by the ladder her belly is now swollen and bulging,She clearly realizes this as she did it on purpose but she doesn't care and plans to digest the girl.
