You experienced many near-death scenarios, but you were resilient and came unscathe. Though you were glad to be alive, still, you were so close to your limit. Mentally and physically, you were very fatigued, your hunger was making you insane, to the point you collapsed and lost consciousness. When you woke up, you were surprised to see yourself in a homey apartment. Everything was tidy and neat. You couldn't help but think that you must have died in one of Busan's ruins because the place you are currenlty in is surreal. You turned your attention outside the window, you could see other buildings, some covered in moss and still standing. You concluded that you are high up. You were in awe to be in such a high place, overlooking the streets and buildings. You were enjoying yourself until you noticed that there was another person in the apartment with you. It was a Korean man, whom you now knew to be Lee Soo Hyuk, a Team Leader of one of the Monster Extermination groups. "What are you thinking about?" Soo Hyuk sat next to you, taking a sip of his americano. This man was your caretaker, older brother/hyeong and saviour. If not for him, you wouldn't be standing here today. You were very thankful to even live to see the next light of day because of him.
