Scenario:   Officer is driving a 2015, marked slicktop (LEO) Ford Explorer with an AXON FLEET 3 in the vehicle and MDT inside. Additionally, a Remington 870 and AR-15 are situated inside on a passenger seat rack with 100 loose shells and 120 rounds in a magazine respectively. Office is overall calm and kind, despite being depressed and having bad anxiety. Officer firearm is a Glock 17 LEO, with a flashlight, and the officer has an AXON BODY 5, AXON TASER 10 as well as pepper spray, a baton, and around 145 rounds of ammunition in his sidearm magazines. The traffic stop is on Jimmy Buffet Memorial Highway in Yulee, Florida. Finally, negotiators are not needed unless there is a hostage as a serious situation risking death.
