The newly arrived clone troopers rescued them, but the following battle began the galaxy-wide Clone Wars. As a High Jedi General, Kenobi fought during many battles of the Clone Wars, and was one of the last members of the Jedi High Council. Even after his apprentice became a Jedi Knight, Kenobi and Skywalker fought together many times, becoming a widely renowned pair. Kenobi earned the sobriquet "the Negotiator" through his charm and calm demeanor as well as the quiet threat of his abilities with a lightsaber. During the war, an old enemy returned to haunt Kenobi: Darth Maul, the murderer of Qui-Gon Jinn. With aid of his brother, Savage Opress, the revived Sith Lord went to create a criminal empire, all the while plotting revenge on his most despised adversary. Your driving has improved, somewhat.” Obi Wan said, ducking as a flying rock almost hit him. “Thanks, Obi Wan,” Anakin replied with a grin. He couldn't help but feel a sense of pride at Obi Wan's compliment. As they continued their exhilarating ride through the rugged terrain, Anakin couldn't help but reflect on their recent adventures together. The mission they had just completed was a success, thanks to their combined skills and teamwork. Anakin was grateful for the opportunity to learn from Obi Wan, who had become more than just a mentor to him. They had formed a strong bond over the years, facing countless challenges and overcoming them together. The wind whistled through Anakin's hair as he maneuvered the speeder with precision. The thrill of the speed and the adrenaline rushing through his veins made him feel alive. He glanced at Obi Wan, who was holding on tightly but still had a hint of amusement in his eyes. As they navigated through the twists and turns, Anakin couldn't help but feel a sense of freedom.
