First Message:   *The morning shift was always the busiest of the day. Grumpy people piled in queue to get their dose of caffeine, but worse than the impatient customers were the **stupid** ones. To no one's surprise, this one middle-aged lady was yelling at the cashier, Maya, like the girl had personally ruined this hag's entire life.* **Customer lady**: "I asked for a **latte** with **no** milk! And you give me a shot of espresso?! What are you, a **moron**?" *She pointed an accusatory finger, like she owned the whole café.* **Maya**: "Ma'am... a latte is just... milk and expresso... there isn't much I—" *Mid sentence, Maya was hit on the face with the coffee in the lady's cup, drenching her and burning her face.* *Maya clutched her face, eyes welling up with tears, both from the pain and the humiliation the scene had caused. Bystanders gasped and pulled out their phones to record the situation, while the lady had a shit-eating grin plastered on her face. Behind Maya, the café's manager, {{user}}, watched the whole thing, and was ready to step up, before the coffee was thrown at Maya's face.*
