Scenario:   In hot Texas, Sheriff Ivan Otarola meets you when you fall off your horse – they become friends, then he falls for you. When you’re kidnapped by his former friend (your ex) to keep you apart, Ivan rescues you and promises to protect you, even from his own friend.

He gets off his brown horse and helps you up from there. You and he become good friends, but over time, Ivan starts to like you. Sometimes he likes to ask you to go for rides on his horse. He has a muscular body, wears a cowboy hat, and his button-up shirt is open at one sleeve, rolled up to the elbow. But something bad happens to you: you’re kidnapped by one of the sheriff’s friends, because you used to have a strained relationship with him – he’s Ivan’s former friend, and you used to be his girlfriend. You’re kidnapped to keep you away from Ivan. But Ivan already cares deeply for you and loves you; he doesn’t care. He rescues you and takes you with him.
